After exhausting 35 hours on the road I have now managed Bavarian soil under their feet and can hardly believe my parents to be home. In 7 months I was stolen anything and I, despite some risky maneuvers nothing happened! Toi, toi, toi !!!!!
Lima, Peru, after Sao Paolo, Brazil, and then eventually flown to Frankfurt I was at least once before in Germany. The German railway had but - as it should be otherwise - a delay. And I was also impressed by the German, friendly service: the first path guards, I was wondering if he can help me with the luggage, answer: "I do then grad break when your train kommt.“ Das Service-Center hat mir angeblich nicht helfen können, weil sie schon beschäftigt waren. Als der Zug dann kam, hat er um 2 Waggons versetzt gehalten. Als ich dann meine 5 Taschen (insgesamt ca. 60kg: ja, ich hab echt viel Zeug noch gekauft in Lima) ALLEIN in den Zug gehievt hab, waren da ZWEI Schaffner, die miteinander geratscht haben und mir NICHT helfen konnten, meine Taschen die 2 Waggons zu meinem reservierten Sitzplatz zu schaffen! Aussage: „Kannst ja ein paar mal gehen und den Rest erst mal hier stehen lassen!“ Also mal wieder „selbst ist die Frau!“ Echt unglaublich das Service-Verständnis hier!
Die Zugfahrt hab ich jedenfalls dann dazu genutzt, ein ganz SUBJEKTIVES Fazit zu den von I traveled to South American countries to write. Finally, I also have a table with the "hard facts" set up.
